*Please note: This series is only available as a five-day series. No single-day enrollments. This class (ages 11 to 15) meets daily from 1:30-4:00 PM, June 3-7. Cost: $225 per child. Included in each weekly class your child will: Get their own Leaning Ladder apron. Learn basic cooking skills that can turn into a life-long love and appreciation for cooking. Get an education on cooking basics, kitchen safety (including safe knife handling). Develop an appreciation for foods from around the world by learning to prepare them. Work as a team with other children. Learn new dishes that they can prepare for themselves, friends, and family members. Day 1: Watermelon Fries & Coconut Lime Dip /Grilled Chicken Kabobs, Rice, Mango Salsa / Fruit Pizza Day 2: Lemon Pepper Chicken Wings with Celery Carrots and Homemade Ranch Dip Day 3: Watermelon Feta Salad / Hot Dog Variations with Mexican Street Corn and Roasted Herb Potatoes / Lemon Bars Day 4: Tacos! Shrimp Tacos with Mango Slaw / Chicken Street Tacos / S'mores Tacos Day 5: Thai Basil Roll / Chicken Fried Rice / Peach sorbet Important to Note: These series' are only available as a five-day series. Leaning Ladder must be notified of any allergies/dietary restrictions at the time of registration All classes are hands-on - parents/legal guardians are required to sign a waiver for their children on the first day of camp. The parent/legal guardian must come inside to pick up and drop off their child. Closed-toe, non-slip shoes are a must. Cancellation Policy: Camps may be cancelled via email notification ([email protected]) 7 days in advance of your scheduled camp. Refunds cannot be given if cancelled with less than 7 days notice.
