Part-Time Server
 Courteously greet and entertain the patrons of The Terrace. Explain farm to table concept and knowledgably offer the fabulous cuisine, upscale signature cocktails and specialty wines while creating conversation and a warm, fun, intimate atmosphere for our restaurant and hotel guests. Obtain food and beverage orders, retrieve and serve alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages and food orders to guest tables according to hotel specifications, courteously and efficiently.  Assist in the maintenance of the Restaurant area and equipment. Service any special events or banquets as assigned – always maintaining service philosophy of The Ellis Hotel. Hiring Manager Tim Maldonado, Restaurant Manager & Stacy Martin, General Manager


Assistant Restaurant Manager
Responsible to assist the Restaurant General Manager in the management and leadership of all aspects of Room Service, Lobby Bar, Banquets and Terrace and any special events that benefit these outlets in accordance with Hotel standards. Directs implements and maintains a service and management philosophy. Manage a variety of tasks while remaining personable. Perform job functions with attention to detail, speed and accuracy. Prioritize, organize,Be a clear thinker, remaining calm and resolving problems using good judgment. Follow directions thoroughly. Understand guests’ service needs. Must be able to be work flexible hours nights and weekends. Must have a minimum of 1 year free standing or hotel restaurant management experience. Hiring manager Tim Maldonado, Restaurant Manager & Stacy Martin, General Manager 

 Line Cook
Plan, prep, set up and provide quality service in all areas of food production for menu items and specials in the designated outlets in accordance with standards and plating guide specifications. Maintain organization, cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment. Two years experience as cook in Hotel or Restaurant. Must have food handling certificate. Comprehend and follow recipes. Expand/condense recipes. Able to work flexible hours / days of week.
